Restless times exhibition

when visiting Sheffield i attended the "Restless Times" exhibition  featuring Abram Games, a famous war artist whom created many famous graphic images of 20th century Britain lots of his work was very influential during the war with his famous work such as the "Blonde Bombshell propaganda poster from 1941. personally i cant stand Game's work i see how the work would have come across effectively in it's time but i still cant appreciate it for what it is, The work just seems bland and boring to me. following his work after the war, he has done freelance work for companies such as Shell, Guiness and the United Nations.
